The unit sleeps 1-4 comfortably with a queen-size bed, queen sofa sleeper, and queen futon bed. A fully-equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener and all utensils. Full bath w/tub & shower, a walk-in closet, breakfast bar and separate dining area. There is a portable phone connected to the switchboard, with free local calls. Long distance is available through the use of 1-800 calling cards. This unit is convenient to the on-site laundry facilities and elevators. The complex has a kiddie pool, oversized pool, seasonal snack bar, vending and ice machines, shuffleboard, a two-story sunning deck, and barbecue grills. This is a No-Smoking, No-Pet unit.

Cancellation Policy and Special Conditions
|
**Condo Association rules will not permit rental to singles under the age of 25. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and occupy the unit for the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and may require proof of age at check-in. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
CANCELLATION: If you must cancel or shorten your stay, it must be done within twenty (20) days prior to arrival to ensure a return of your deposit. If reservations were made within ten (10) days of arrival, you have twenty-four (24) hours from the time you make your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay. SORRY, BUT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECK-OUTS.
Inclement Weather: No refunds will be given for inclement weather during your stay. In the event of a Mandatory Hurricane Evacuation Order, issued by Bay County or the State of Florida, a refund will be given for each lost full day, pro-rated, based on the original rental price reservation (nightly, weekly or monthly). No refunds will be given in the event of a voluntary evacuation.
