Come stay in our 1500 sq. foot condo while we're away! We'll leave
everything there for you, just the way we like to have it for ourselves. You can use the grill, lounge by the heated pool or relax on the balcony while you enjoy the fabulous view of Indian Shores' intercostal waterway. You can fish off the pier or cross the street and use our beach chairs to lounge on the beach and enjoy our most prized commodity - the prettiest sunsets in the world.

Rentals are for a minimum of 7 days, and prices vary seasonally.
• December 19 to April 30, $875 per week.
• May 1 to December 18 (except Thanksgiving) $625 per week.
• November 21-27 (Thanksgiving) $875 per week.
• Save an extra 10% on stays of 28 days or more.
• Special pricing may be available for exceptionally long stays.
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to make a reservation and payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. Save an additional 5% by making payment in full when making the reservation (at least 60 days prior to arrival)! |
