Payment Policies: 25% of deposit amount ($125), non-refundable if cancelation, will hold your requested dates. Full deposit due 30 days prior to arrival and becomes non- refundable within 21 days of scheduled arrival date if cancelation (unless I can get it rerented). Weekly rental amount is due upon arrival. Monthly rentals 1st and last months rent due upon arrival, and monthly intervals thereafter. Cash, Cashiers check or money orders only. 11% State Tax must be added to rental amounts (7% State sales tax plus a 4% Tourist Development tax....sorry, they make me.).
