Partial weekly rates also available, with cleaning fee of $90 applied to all stays of 4 or fewer nights. Security deposit of $500 is taken upon arrival by the management company, Millennium, LLC in the form of a credit card "hold," or imprint (similar to a hotel). It is released upon departure.
