Do you like to golf? We have 3 beautifully maintained executive golf courses, a fully stocked pro-shop, and a Golf Professional on staff. There is the Lakeside Cafe, acqua driving range, golf clubs to rent, and private lessons available. You will also receive a 15 % Golf discount if you stay in our beautifully decorated 6th floor condo, which overlooks the North Marina Yacht Basin & Charlotte Harbor. This is a gated 24 hour security Resort & boasts one of the largest marinas on this Coast with 525 deep water slips with a sheltered deep water harbor plus 200 dry slips. It offers direct access to the Gulf Of Mexico, and there is a boat rental company on the grounds. There are so many more activities available such as swimming. relaxing in a hot tub, playing tennis, using the on-site work-out center, fishing, walking & biking, enjoying fine dining at Portabello'so Restaurant with live music on the water, and having a relaxing lunch at our deli, Pignoli's. Since we have a live web-cam at http://bsmlive.axiscam.net/view/index.shtml., you can go out on the dock, have your friends & family back home access the site, and wave to them. You can easily stay in touch with those back home with the free long distance calling to the US, Canada, & Pureto Rico. High speed wireless internet access with a desk top computer & printer is also provided. Enjoy riding a bike? There are 2 available for your use - ride at your own risk - helmets not provided. The bikes must be requested at the time of reservation. There is also a selection of DVD's for your viewing pleasure. So much to do, or just relax on the balcony and watch the dolphins, eagles, and manatees play while watching the beautiful sunsets.

Nearby Activities
|
In addition to all of the on site activities available, Orlando, with all of the tourist attractions such as Disney World, Epcot, Sea World, etc. is about a 2 1/2 hour drive from the Resort. Busch Gardens in Tampa is about 1 3/4 hours away. Tampa International Airport and Ft. Myers Airport are also about 1 3/4 hours away, about the same distance going in the opposite direction. Grocery shopping is about 15 minutes down the road, as well as all of the other businesses that you would need or want.

There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $75.00, a security deposit of $500, which is refundable per the lease, and 11% Florida tax due by check in in cash, unless previous arrangements have been made. $100.00 will secure your date at time of acceptance of Lease. Call for "last moment" rental rates and terms. |

Cancellation Policy and Special Conditions

We know that plans can change. If you have a reservation and you must cancel your visit, contact us at once so that we can find a replacement tenant. If we find another tenant for your time slot, all of your money will be returned. This policy is subject to change and at our descretion. It is very important to contact us as soon as possible so that we can work out a solution.
