Cozy 2 bedroom cottage is furnished in beach decor and has everything you need for your vacation holiday: Fully equipped kitchen, all linens, beach chairs, beach towels, washer and dryer, even your own private backyard with table and chairs and gas grill! Great for cookouts! Pets are welcome -- any size (except elephants)!
Only minutes to the most beautiful beach in South Florida, minutes to upscale downtown Delray with its fine restaurants, shopping, and many activities, and minutes to Interstate 95. It's a great location close to everything:
Palm Beach -- 20 minutes Fort Lauderdale -- 40 minutes and Miami Beach -- 60 minutes!
Much better than a small hotel room, you'll have your own little cottage with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and everything you need to enjoy your holiday.

Our prices include all taxes, utilities, and departure cleaning. A $150 damage deposit is totally refundable (pet deposit is $150). There are NO ADDITIONAL FEES!
To reserve: Deposit of one-half total rental rate (money order). Balance due upon arrival (cash or money order)
Sleeps up to 6: Master Bedroom -- Queen Bed; 2nd Bedroom -- Trundle Bed (pop-up to King); Sleep Sofa

Cancellation Policy and Special Conditions
|
As we have only two cottages available for vacation rentals, our cancellation policy is as follows:
60 Days prior to start date: 1/2 deposit will be refunded if we can re-rent the cottage for the time slot.
Please understand that once we receive a deposit, we cannot take another deposit on that cottage for that time period. Once a reservation is cancelled, we have already lost other possible renters and may or may not be able to re-rent the cottage.
