This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has both a living room and master bedrooms opening to a furnished balcony overlooking the beach. When lying in your bed or sitting in the living room you'll be awed with the view and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a large walk-in closet. It is decorated in a nautical motif. The second bedroom, which is decorated in a beach, sea shell and sea gull motif, has a queen-size bed, twin bed, as well as an additional twin mattress in the closet.
There is a private laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There are alos beach chairs, sand toys, pool toys, pool floats, umbrellas, beach towels and anything else you might need for the pool and beach.
This condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Our condominium requires a 30 day minimum stay (though 2 or 3 week rentals might be possible). We are located 30 minutes for the Tampa International Airport and only 90 minutes from the attractions in Orlando. This area boasts everything from fine dining to casual beach establishments. We are located just ten minutes from the Famous John's Pass.
