Emerald Sunshine boasts a large screen cable digital HDTV, VCR, DVD, surround sound system, and a stereo unit in the vaulted ceiling family room, plus TV in every bedroom plus family room, and 6 DVD/VCR. The Bunkroom is equipped with TV to keep the kids entertained. Play or watch others play in the air-conditioned Games room fully equipped with a Pool table, Air Hockey table and Foosball table. Coming January 2008 - Wireless internet access. If you need a break from the electronic gadgets, you can play some boardgames or read a book in our separate lounge area. Thirty (30 percent of the total rental cost is due with your signed Reservation Rental Agreement within seven days of reservation to be able to hold your reservation. The remainder plus a $300 security deposit will be due 30 days before check-in. Payments may be made anytime by money order, cashier’s check, or certified check. Personal checks are accepted only if you are paying more than thirty (30) days in advance of check-in. (US Banks only). A $25.00 service fee will be charged for all returned checks. Credit cards may be accepted, but add a 3% non-refundable convenience fee.

Cancellation Policy and Special Conditions

Where notice of cancellation is received the following charges will apply:
60 or more days prior to arrival – 10% of rental charge,
30 to 59 days prior to arrival – 30% of rental charge,
Less than 30 days prior to arrival – no refund.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may cause cancellation or interruption such as mandatory evacuations of the area after check-in, accident, sickness, etc.
