The luxuriously furnished villa will have 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an over-sized private screened heated pool and spa. There is a sofa bed situated in the family room that sleeps an additional 2 persons if required. It will comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The stunning extended deck is one of the largest offered by any house-builder in the region. Patio furniture is provided. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence. Our vacation home is fully licensed by the State of Florida. It is maintained by a professional management company that maintains 24/7 services for the guests

5% discount for stay more than 3 weeks.

Cancellation: If renter cancels reservation, security deposit will be refunded in full only if the cancellation occurs at least two months prior to the check-in date. The security deposit will not be refunded if the cancellation notice reaches owner within a month period prior to check-in date. A written notice is needed in the form of a letter or email. Cancellation occurred within one month of check-in date due to an unexpected health reason is permissible but a doctor's letter is needed to get the full refund.
