A Prestigious new community in the Disney Area. Welcome to our 5 bedroom 3.5 bath Mediterranean style pool, jacuzzi spa, and game room home.
Our lovely home has one king and one queen master suite, each with a private bath. The third and fourth bedrooms have two twin beds each and share a bath. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.
High Grove is for the discriminating vacationer. Our large 2750 square foot villa is in the epicenter of the Central Florida Experience; just 5-10 minutes to Disney, world class shopping, and dozens of golf courses. Our villa includes upgraded landscaping, stucco finish with recessed windows, tile roofs, fully-equipped laundry and kitchen, verticals, spacious pool and Jacuzzi with paver deck area, pool screen enclosure, upgraded furniture package and many more custom features. Community amenities include: gated with 24 hour security, clubhouse, kids park, sports lounge and free access to the Bahama Bay Resort, which offers a beach, spa treatments, walking path, fitness center, media room, restaurants and more. Cancellation Policy and Special Conditions

$200 non-refundable deposit due 14 days after reservation is made. Deposit is applied toward balance, which is due 35 days prior to check in. No refunds or cancellations 35 days or less prior to check in. If cancellation is more than 35 days to check in the full amount will be refunded minus the $200 deposit.
Easter and Christmas dates require 7 night minimum stay. Any stay under 6 nights requires a cleaning fee.
Pool and jacuzzi heat is an additional $20 plus tax per night.
All reservations made under 35 days before check in must pay by credit card. A 4% fee will be applied.
Tax will be applied to all reservations.
